These are our terms and conditions. They tell you what we do and how we do it. 
 

By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and the referenced policies, and that you agree to abide by them.

1. User accounts 

To use ipledge2.com users must register for an account. 

Users must be 13 or over to register for an account.  

We reserve the right to restrict your access, temporarily or indefinitely block your account.  

Ipledge2.com wishes to promote good and positivity and users that appear to support, participate or encourage negative or harmful behaviours which do not align with this may be subject to restrictions including accounts being blocked.  

2. Service  

ipledge2.com is a platform that enables users to create and support pledges.  

Users create pledges, provide information and updates.  

Users decide and update the success of not or the pledge.    

We do not support, oversee, participate in, or monitor pledges or support of pledges.  

Users may amend or end the pledge at any time.  

3. Information  

Information submitted users on ipledge2.com is publicly available and maybe shared or promoted.  For example, we may like your pledge and wish to share it on our social media, make it pledge of the day or promote it via another means.   

ipledge2.com wishes to promote good and positive behaviours and sharing your pledge may assist in promoting this message.   

Sensitive or confidential information should not be shared on ipledge2.com.   

4. Permissions  

We need certain permissions from you: 
 

Permission to use content that you create and share: Some content that you share or upload, such as photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws. 

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights (things such as copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on ipledge2.com. Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want. 

However, to provide our services we need you to give us some legal permissions (known as a "License") to use this content.  

5. Liability   

We do not form any contract in regard of a pledge or support of a pledge with any user or another person or entity.  

We do not accept any liability in connection with any pledge, being made, completed, or attempted.
