To get more exercise and walk at least 10,000 steps which seems an achievable number. I find walking relaxing an it allows me time to think. I haven't put an end date as this feels like an ongoing aim for good health etc. ...

At a recent company medical the doctor was extolling the benefits of intermittent fasting. There was quite a lot. One benefit was your body replenishing more (bad) cells when you fast. The longer you fast the more replenishing, the oldest ones first. ...
